Happy Father's Day to you. Even if you aren't a father, if it weren't for your Daddy, you wouldn't be alive today.
This Sunday make a plan to celebrate the magnificence of your blessed life!
Life is too short not to celebrate your life in every moment.
Here are some simple way's to celebrate your dad and your amazing life on earth this weekend.
1. Eat amazing food that ignites and excites you without guilt, worry or fear. Savor and taste each morsel in joy, passion and gratitude while celebrating the abundance of food you have in your life.
2. Pack a pic-nic with your loved ones and head to the park, ocean, mountains or river and relish in the bounty of Mother Nature's beautiful dance of life.
3. Schedule a facial to nourish your skin and to pretend that you are an Egyptian Princess. (Have you ever had one? If not you are seriously missing out!)
4. Exercise your amazing, healthy body. Walk, run, ski, skate, practice yoga or pilates. Just move!
5. Be. Simply be with yourself, your thoughts, emotions, desires, fears and passions. Embrace yourself completely.
6. Love yourself up. When you love yourself first, you are easy to love and better able to give love unconditionally and effortlessly.
7. Make a gratitude list and seriously embrace every single little thing you are grateful for,
every square inch of your body, everyone in your life, every material,
emotional, spiritual and mental gift you have been given. Relish in the gifts you have been given.
(On
a personal note, since my husband's ski accident year ago, I have not desired one thing
where in the past I was always grasping, achieving, accomplishing, goal
setting, wanting, searching and now one year later I am in an utter
and profound state of gratitude. My life has simplified to the most basic truly essential level.
I fully trust that the Universe is kindly looking after me and all I
have to do is BE in gratitude for this amazing gift of this oh so
precious human life. I am so blessed.)
What are you grateful for?
Love and gratitude to all,
Amanda
